Where Inflow shines
Inflow is a programme, not a planner. In its own words, it’s based on CBT principles and developed with clinical psychologists. You spend about five minutes a day on short lessons about things like focus, time, emotions and phone distraction. Then there’s Quinn, an AI companion for breaking tasks down and talking through stuck moments, plus live coworking rooms, a community and, on higher plans, coaching.
If you’re newly diagnosed, or want to understand why your brain does what it does, Inflow is worth a look at getinflow.io. Their App Store page notes it isn’t a medical device and doesn’t replace professional care.
Where Yoodoo is different
Yoodoo is the day itself. Your calendar and tasks go on one timeline, and when the day slips, Fix my day re-fits the rest in one tap. There’s a focus timer, a blocker, and Ask Yoodoo to plan out loud.
We write about how ADHD works too, for free, in our ADHD explainers.
Price
On the US App Store, Inflow is $95.99 a year without coaching and $199.99 a year with coaching. Yoodoo Lite is free for good, and Pro is $59.99 a year with 7 days free. See Pro.
