The best ADHD apps for Android in 2026

A lot of ADHD apps are made for iPhone first, and Android gets the leftovers. These eleven are all on Google Play today. Here's what each is best at, who it's not for, and what it costs.

Updated 6 November 2026. Facts from each app's own pages.

We opened every app's Google Play listing (US) on 6 November 2026, then read its own site and help pages for price and features. We make Yoodoo, so it's first and we're biased. We've tried to make up for that by saying where every app, ours included, isn't the right pick. Nobody paid to be on this list. None of these apps is a treatment for ADHD.

Why I wrote this

I'm Ross. I have ADHD and I make Yoodoo, so I'm not neutral.

The thing I'd look for on Android is whether you get the full app or a cut-down one. Some of these are as good on Android as on iPhone. Some say themselves they're still catching up. I've tried to be honest about which is which, Yoodoo included.

1. Best when your day doesn't go to plan

YoodooThat's us

An ADHD day planner that bends when your day breaks. Your tasks and calendar go on one timeline, and when something runs over, one tap fits the rest of the day around what really happened. Same features on Android as on iPhone.

My take: I built it, so of course it's first. The bit I'm proudest of on Android is the blocker: it actually locks the apps, on a schedule.

Good at

  • Fix my day: re-fits the rest of the day in one tap, in the free version
  • An app blocker on Android, on a schedule or when you start focusing (Pro)
  • Say your day out loud and it lands on your timeline (Pro)
  • Two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar (Pro)

Not for you if

  • You want it in a language other than English, for now
  • You want lots of lists and habits for free (Lite has one list and one habit)
Price
Lite is free. Pro is $59.99 a year (7 days free), $7.99 a month or $149.99 once
Runs on
Android and iPhone, plus web and desktop with Pro
Yoodoo's timeline: tasks and calendar events on one day, with the free gaps and a now line

2. Best all-in-one to-do list

TickTick

A to-do list and calendar with a Pomo timer, habit tracker and Eisenhower matrix built in. Cheap, and on nearly every device.

My take: Ridiculous value. If you like building your own system, it's hard to beat.

Good at

  • Lots of tools in one app
  • A generous free plan
  • Windows, Mac, Linux and web apps too

Not for you if

  • Lots of settings and views make you fiddle instead of start
  • You want your day re-planned for you when it slips
Price
Free plan. Premium is $49.99 a year or $4.99 a month on the US App Store
Runs on
Android, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, Windows, Linux and web

3. Best for routines

Routinery

A routine timer and habit tracker. Each routine is a string of small steps with their own timers, and a voice tells you what's next. Its Play listing says it's designed around ADHD and focus challenges.

My take: A voice saying what's next is such a simple fix for drifting off mid-routine. Great alongside a planner.

Good at

  • Getting through mornings and evenings step by step
  • Habit streaks and stats
  • Built with ADHD in mind

Not for you if

  • You need your whole day planned around meetings
Price
Free download, with paid Premium plans (the US App Store lists $39.99 and $49.99 a year, among others)
Runs on
Android, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch

4. Best calm, visual planner

Tiimo

A calm, colourful visual planner, and Apple's iPhone App of the Year for 2025. Its Android app was rebuilt in May 2026 with a timeline, focus timer, to-do lists and AI task breakdown.

My take: Gorgeous. On Android, read their own post first so you know what's there today and what's still coming.

Good at

  • A gentle, icon-led schedule
  • A free version

Not for you if

  • You want everything now on Android: Tiimo says Google Calendar integration and its AI Co-Planner are coming next
Price
Free version. Tiimo Pro is listed at $54 a year on the US App Store
Runs on
Android, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and web

5. Best for gentle self-care habits

Finch

A self-care app where you look after a little bird by looking after yourself: goals, mood check-ins, journaling and breathing.

My take: One of the kindest apps on any phone. It's for self-care, not for planning a day.

Good at

  • Making small daily habits feel kind and fun
  • Mood and reflection
  • Free to start

Not for you if

  • You need to plan a working day around meetings
Price
Free download. Finch Plus prices vary; the US App Store lists them from $5.99 to $69.99
Runs on
Android, iPhone and iPad

6. Best for one task at a time

Llama Life

A focused to-do list where every task gets its own countdown. You work down the list one timer at a time and see when you'll finish.

My take: A countdown on every task makes time feel real. Simple, and it works.

Good at

  • Timeboxing each task
  • Very little to set up

Not for you if

  • You want your meetings and tasks on one timeline
  • You want a free version (it's a 7-day trial, then paid)
Price
$39 a year or $6 a month on the US App Store, 7-day trial
Runs on
Android, iPhone and web

7. Best free helper for getting started

Goblin Tools

Small, single-job AI tools, mainly built for neurodivergent people. Magic ToDo breaks a task into steps; others estimate time, change the tone of a message and turn a brain dump into a list.

My take: Magic ToDo is brilliant when you can't see the first step. Keep it in your back pocket.

Good at

  • Breaking a scary task into tiny steps
  • Free on the web, with no ads

Not for you if

  • You want a planner: there's no timeline or calendar
Price
Free on the web. The iPhone app is $0.99 on the US App Store, with an optional Pro; the Android app is on Google Play
Runs on
Android, iPhone, iPad and web

8. Best fun focus timer

Focus Friend

A focus timer with a little bean who knits while you focus. Finishing sessions earns things for the bean's room.

My take: Daft in the best way. If a cute bean gets you to start, that's a win.

Good at

  • Making a focus session feel like a game
  • A Deep Focus mode that locks distracting apps (per its App Store listing)

Not for you if

  • You need a plan for the whole day: it's a timer, not a planner
Price
Free. Pro is $19.99 a year or $3.99 a month on the US App Store
Runs on
Android, iPhone and iPad

9. Best all-in-one with a free plan

Lunatask

Tasks, habits, mood, a journal and notes in one end-to-end encrypted app, with time blocking and task timers. It says it was designed with ADHD brains in mind.

My take: A lot of thought has gone into this one, and the privacy is a real plus.

Good at

  • Everything in one place
  • A generous free plan

Not for you if

  • You want something that plans for you rather than a toolbox you set up
Price
Free plan. Premium is $6 a month billed yearly, or $8 monthly
Runs on
Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux

10. Best for tinkerers

Amazing Marvin

A to-do app for ADHD minds with 300+ settings, so you switch on only what suits your brain. Its Procrastination Wizard walks you through a stuck task.

My take: One of the first apps to say out loud it's for ADHD. Best if you enjoy shaping your system.

Good at

  • Deep customisation
  • Desktop apps on Windows, Mac and Linux

Not for you if

  • Setting things up is where you lose the day
  • You want a free plan
Price
$8 a month or $96 a year, 14-day trial with no card
Runs on
Android, iPhone, web, Windows, Mac and Linux

11. Best to-do list

Todoist

One of the best-known to-do list apps, with fast capture, projects and sharing, on nearly every device, Wear OS included.

My take: Rock solid for catching everything. It's a list, though, not a day.

Good at

  • Capturing everything fast
  • Projects and sharing

Not for you if

  • You want your day laid out in real time on a timeline
Price
Free plan. Pro is $60 a year ($5 a month billed yearly) or $7 monthly
Runs on
Android, Wear OS, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, Linux, web and Apple Watch

Pick by the problem, not the app

If your problem is… Try
The plan falls apart by lunchtime Yoodoo
Your phone Yoodoo’s blocker
Mornings and routines Routinery, or Yoodoo’s day templates
Starting at all Goblin Tools, or Ask Yoodoo to break it into tiny steps
Losing time once you start Llama Life, Focus Friend, or Yoodoo’s focus timer
Too many lists TickTick or Todoist
Habits and self-care Finch, or Yoodoo habits

Android vs iPhone: what to check

Lots of ADHD apps launch on iPhone first. Before you commit on Android, check three things:

  1. Is it the full app? Tiimo’s own post says some features are still coming to Android. Structured’s help centre says its Android app has fewer features.
  2. Does it work with Google Calendar? Most Android users live in Google Calendar. Yoodoo syncs both ways with Pro.
  3. Can it block apps? If your phone is the problem, a planner with a blocker saves you a second app. Yoodoo’s is built in, with Pro.

Yoodoo has the same features on Android and iPhone.

Try Yoodoo on Android

Get it from Google Play. Bring your calendar in, brain dump your lists, and the first time something runs over, try Fix my day. Lite is free for good after the 7-day trial, and Pro adds the blocker, Ask Yoodoo, two-way calendar sync and the web app.

Questions

What is the best ADHD app for Android?
It depends on what goes wrong in your day. If your plans fall apart, Yoodoo re-fits the rest of the day in one tap, with the same features as on iPhone. For an all-in-one to-do list, TickTick. For routines, Routinery. For gentle habits, Finch. For one task at a time, Llama Life.
Is Tiimo on Android?
Yes. Tiimo rebuilt its Android app in May 2026. Its own post says it's building toward full parity with iOS, with Google Calendar integration, the AI Co-Planner and focus tunes coming next.
Is there an ADHD app blocker for Android?
Yes. Yoodoo's app blocker works on Android with Pro, on a schedule or when you start focusing. Focus Friend also has a Deep Focus mode that locks distracting apps, according to its App Store listing.
What's the best free ADHD app for Android?
Yoodoo Lite is free for good, with the Day view, Fix my day and the focus timer. TickTick, Finch, Lunatask, Focus Friend and Todoist have free plans too, and Goblin Tools is free on the web.
Why isn't Structured on this list?
We couldn't open its Google Play listing from the US on 6 November 2026, and its help centre says the Android app has fewer features than iPhone. We'll add it back when we can check it.
How did you choose these apps?
We picked apps people with ADHD ask about and that are on Google Play today, then checked each app's own site and store listing for price, platforms and features. We recheck monthly. Nobody paid to be included.
