The best ADHD apps for work in 2026

Work with ADHD often means a calendar full of meetings, a to-do list nobody can see the end of, and the hour between calls that disappears. These eight apps help with different parts of the working day.

Updated 6 November 2026. Facts from each app's own pages.

I read each app's own site, help pages and US store listing on 6 November 2026, and we recheck every month. I make Yoodoo, so I'm biased; that's why every app gets a 'not for you if', ours included. Nobody paid to be on this list.

Why I wrote this

I've tried all of these, and I make Yoodoo, so I'm biased. For me the hard part of a work day is usually the gaps between meetings, not the meetings, so that's the lens I've used here.

1. Best for planning around meetings

YoodooThat's us

An ADHD day planner that bends when your day breaks. Your tasks and calendar go on one timeline, and when something runs over, one tap fits the rest of the day around what really happened.

My take: Mine, so weigh that. Your work calendar comes in, meetings stay put, and you fill the gaps on purpose. When a meeting runs over, Fix my day re-fits the rest.

Good at

  • Meetings from your work calendar stay put; tasks fit around them
  • Focus until the next meeting, with the blocker (Pro)
  • Fix my day when a meeting runs over (free)
  • Two-way calendar sync (Pro)

Not for you if

  • You want a native iPad, Apple Watch or Mac app (on a computer, Yoodoo runs in the browser with Pro)
  • You need it in a language other than English, for now
  • You want lots of lists and habits for free (Lite has one list and one habit)
Price
Lite is free. Pro is $59.99 a year (7 days free), $7.99 a month or $149.99 once
Runs on
iPhone and Android, plus web and desktop with Pro
Yoodoo's timeline: tasks and calendar events on one day, with the free gaps and a now line

  • A daily planning routine

Not for you if

  • Your day lives on your phone
  • You want a free version (it says it doesn't plan to have one)
Price

  • Seeing your list's total time and finish time
  • Very little to set up

8. Best free helper for emails and starting

Goblin Tools

A set of small, single-job AI tools, mainly built for neurodivergent people. Magic ToDo breaks a task into steps; others estimate how long things take, change the tone of a message, and turn a brain dump into a list.

Good at

  • Breaking a scary task into tiny steps
  • Free on the web, with no ads
  • Cheap phone app

Not for you if

  • You want a planner: there's no timeline or calendar

Working with ADHD

The hardest part of a work day is often not the meetings, it’s the gaps. Twenty-five minutes before a call feels too short to start anything, so it goes. What helps: let meetings be the fixed points, put something specific in each gap, and start a timer that counts down to the next call. And when a meeting runs over, re-fit the rest rather than writing the day off.

For teams

If you look after people or benefits, Yoodoo has company packs: anyone with the company email claims a Pro seat, no diagnosis or disclosure needed, and HR sees only the seat count.

Try it in Yoodoo

Bring your work calendar in, then follow work from home without losing the day. Lite is free for good.

Questions

What's the best ADHD app for work?
If meetings break up your day, Yoodoo: meetings stay put, tasks fit around them, and one tap re-fits the day when one runs over. If you work at a laptop with lots of tools, Sunsama. For team projects, Motion.
How do I focus at work with ADHD?
Make the next block of time visible and remove what pulls you away. A focus timer that counts down to your next meeting, plus a blocker for your phone and browser, covers both. See our work from home guide.
Can my employer pay for Yoodoo?
Yes. Yoodoo for teams gives everyone with a company email a Pro seat, with no diagnosis or disclosure needed, and HR sees only how many seats are used. See yoodoo.app/work.
Do I need to tell work I have ADHD to use these?
No. These are ordinary planning and focus apps. Whether to tell your employer is your call.
